Function of stress-induced antisense non-coding RNAs

Transcriptional reprogramming of gene expression during stress response can be modulated by chromatin structure and the action of ncRNAs, most often antisense to target mRNAs. We are interested in how autophagy (nutrient deprivation), chronological aging and oxidative stress are regulated by stress-induced ncRNAs.
